Eleni Herrera is a homecook who has been cooking for family and friends since her early teen years and is driven by her mission to connect people through food.. Recently, she ventured into the catering business where she specializes in a popular street food item; Las Empanadas.

Inspired by the rich cultures of  Canada, Greece and Peru, Eleni captures traditions, flavours and ingredients in each dish to share a diverse food experience with whomever sits at her table.
